BOARD of DIRECTORS
MISSION STATEMENT

To provide the members of the Ray Manor Homeowners Association with the best community environment possible by doing the following:

Work to maintain the property values of the members.

Enforce the governing documents in accordance with state statutes, city ordinances, federal laws and case laws, in a reasonable, even and objective manner.

Preserve, protect and maintain the common areas.

Some of your current Board's accomplishments:

1. Hired a new management company.
2. Hired a new landscaping company.
3. We supported several successful Block Watch events.
4. Launched a community website in 2009 and published several
    newsletters (see "Ray Manor Review" page).
5. Installed new bulletin boards and mounted older ones on walls
   for a cleaner look.
6. Landscaping cleaned up along Jackson St.
7. Made adjustments to budget, and did not raise monthly dues.
8. Created committees for landscaping, financial, communications,
   welcome and rentals.
9. Inspired community involvement and support from local police
    and firefighters and the City of Chandler.
10. Regular repair of water lines and adding granite as needed.
11. Planted annuals and perennials at Shannon/Jackson entrance.
12. Had very successful Community Garage Sales and more are planned
      - one each Spring and Fall.
13. Had several movie nights for community members enjoyment. More to come.
14. Took care of the October 2010 storm damage quickly and efficiently.
15. Replaced the incorrect "Arizona Crest" signs with "Ray Manor" signs.
